So, it actually showed up sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise.

I was expecting the delivery fee to be higher, but it was actually reasonable. And no random extra charges popped up at checkout, which was a nice surprise. So yeah... really happy with how it turned out.

The person I spoke with was polite and actually gave a real answer instead of just sending some generic response. It did take a couple of messages back and forth to fully clear things up, but nothing major. Overall, I was happy with the support

That said, the outside of the box looked rough when it arrived, so I was expecting something to be damaged.
